Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans (Monthly / Yearly)

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal.
• Cancellation prevents the next renewal; access continues until the current paid period ends.

2. Free Trial

• Eligible recurring plans may include a 7-day trial.
• If canceled before trial end, no subscription charge is applied.

3. Legacy One-Time Purchases

If you bought a one-time license before current plan changes, it does not auto-renew.

4. Refund Standard

Unless required by law, payments are generally non-refundable after a charge has been processed.

Where mandatory consumer protection law grants a refund, withdrawal, or conformity remedy, those statutory rights apply and take priority over this policy.

5. EU/EEA Consumer Rights

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may have statutory withdrawal rights for digital purchases, subject to legal exceptions (including where immediate digital performance starts with proper consent).

You may also have statutory remedies if digital content does not conform to contract.
